Many of our guests are surprised at the wealth of things to see and do nearby. This part of Scotland is filled with beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves, countryside, coastal and woodland walks, sea and freshwater fishing, bike trails and some of the darkest skies in Europe making the night time starlight displays a sight to behold.
There are lots of things to discover; a striking lighthouse at Scotland’s most southerly point, an exotic botanic garden, excellent local golf courses, impressive historic castles and abbeys, the huge picturesque expanse of the Galloway Forest Park and many charming towns and villages.

Fishing Holidays
We have 5 Fully Stocked Ponds free for use of our guests. The ponds are stocked annually with Rainbow, Brown and Brook Trout.
